My Life in Extreme Ongoing Danger #12

Complainent name: Jodi Schiller 415-629-5929 INCIDENT REPORT ​Date of Incident: February 18, 2026 Time of Incident: Approximately 11:00 AM Location: St. Vincent De Paul (Food Line) Subject: Verbal Assault, Sexual Harassment, and Security Response Delay ​Description of Incident ​While waiting in line to receive food, I was targeted and harassed by an unidentified male individual. The individual became physically aggressive, entering my personal space and creating an immediate sense of danger. His dick was almost out of his pants and he kept pointing to it implicitly threatening to rape me. ​The individual directed extreme verbal abuse and explicit threats toward me, including: ​Calling me a "fucking bitch." ​Explicitly threatening to "touch my pussy." ​Ongoing foul language and intimidating and sexualized behavior. Because security didn't come, I tried to record him to protect myself, he grabbed my phone out of my hand and threw it on the ground. Still no security. ​Security Response ​Upon feeling threatened, I immediately attempted to get the attention of security. Despite security personnel being within visual range and "right there," they did not respond to my repeated calls for help for approximately 10 minutes. During this delay, I remained in a position of extreme danger while the perpetrator continued his assault and threats. When they finally arrived, despite me being the obvious victim of this disgusting predator, they treated me as if I were the problem. This is a dynamic I've documented extensively in my journalism, the male predator is protected, the female victim is portrayed as the problem. The security had this thug go ahead of me, as he did, he turned and smiled a nasty smile as he passed, and said, “I win”. Then they told me to stay away from him. Believe me, I stay well away from nasty thugs like that–but I was in line trying to eat. ​Requested Action This should never happen. ​Identification: Use of facility surveillance footage to identify the perpetrator. ​Safety Measures: A formal ban/stay-away order issued against the individual to ensure my ongoing safety. ​Accountability: An investigation into why security personnel failed to respond to a person in distress for 10 minutes despite being in close proximity, and then decided to frame the victim as the problem. I spoke with “Chris” who said he was the assistant manager of the dining room and Leroy who apparently is the head of security.
