I hereby notify the United States Government that I am withholding my federal taxes based on the foundational American principle that Taxation Without Representation is Tyranny.

II. EVIDENCE OF NON-REPRESENTATION
​Constitutional Exclusion: As of 2026, the government continues to obstruct the certification of the Equal Rights Amendment, leaving women without explicit constitutional protection while simultaneously demanding their financial support.
​State-Funded Annihilation: My tax dollars are being weaponized against my own sex. These funds are funneled into an "anti-trafficking" industry that refuses to document the torture of millions of women, preferring instead to manage the trade through taxpayer-funded conferences in Las Vegas and law enforcement that protects our male predators, and supports them in their a nihilation of us.
​Mechanical Entrapment: The government continues to subsidize and protect the hospitality industry, which uses "second credit card" policies to prevent survivors of slavery from accessing safe, pre-paid shelter. Law enforcement protects our predators not the female victims.

Until my representation is made real through the certification of the ERA, the abolition of hotel credit-traps, and the forensic documentation of slave-torture, a government that is representational of its citizens: I refuse to be a voluntary financier of this state.

I. THE DEFINITION OF "FRIVOLOUS" VS. STATE-SPONSORED TORTURE

You categorize my refusal as "frivolous." There is nothing "frivolous" about the systematic forensic documentation of slave-torture or the state-sanctioned financial entrapment of women.

By using this label, the government is declaring that a woman’s demand for the Equal Rights Amendment and physical sanctuary is "lacking a basis in law." If the law does not have a basis in protecting my life and my liberty from predators, then it is the law itself—and the agency enforcing it—that has become frivolous.

II. THE PREDATORY EXTRACTION: FUNDING OUR OWN DESTRUCTION

A tax is a payment for a functioning, civilized society. You have vacated the social contract and replaced it with a predatory extraction. You are currently using my money to:

• Weaponize "Law Enforcement": I am being forced to pay the salaries of officers who protect male predators and "manage" the trade of women at taxpayer-funded conferences in Las Vegas, rather than dismantling the networks of our annihilation.

I refuse to be the venture capitalist for my own oppression. To pay you is to buy the whip used on my own back.

You cannot fine a citizen into believing they are represented when the evidence of their non-representation is written into the hotel policies you defend and the "anti-trafficking" industry you fund—an industry that refuses to document the torture of millions of women because it prefers to manage the "market."

When my tax dollars are weaponized to strip me of safety and legal standing, the state has ceased to be a government and has become a protection racket for predators.

IV. CONCLUSION: THE RANSOM IS DENIED

Apply whatever "frivolous" penalties you wish. Every cent you claim I "owe" is further evidence of a government that prefers to loot women than to acknowledge their humanity.
