Berkeley Police Tried to Kill Me This Morning. And They Know You Won’t Hear About It.
📽️ WATCH THIS FIRST.
This is what they did to me. Alameda County Sheriff's Department, paid for with our tax dollars, evicting a journalist from shelter—no warning, no legal process, and undoubtedly in response to her exposing them, Bay Area Community Services, HUD, City of Berkeley, City of Oakland, as organized crime working together to illegally pocket our tax dollars, destroy women. 600 videos on my youtube page irrefutably proves it.
Then keep reading to find out how the legal system refused to help.

(Card handed to my by Officer Ludovico this morning after he issued threats to my life and safety, refusal to file a police report, and no concern at all that I am a journalist—because he knows female journalists like me are successfully, illegally, and algorythmically throttled, suppressed, and silenced—so no consequences for criminals like him.)

At 6:00 AM today, July 24, 2025, I was threatened with false arrest and pushed into a deadly situation—again—by Officer Ludovico (#26) of the Berkeley Police Department.
All I did was exist. In a tent. Near the Berkeley Library. With nowhere else to go.
And for that—for being poor, for being female, for surviving trafficking, and for documenting all of it—he came to push me out into the dark to die.
Here's what I told him:
- I’m a journalist.
- I’m the victim of a $20 million grand larceny by my ex-husband, Ben Douglas.
- I’ve been illegally evicted by Bay Area Community Services and the Alameda Sheriff.
- I’ve been refused help by every agency meant to protect people like me.
- I have 600+ videos documenting what’s happening to women like me.
What he did instead:
- Refused to take a police report.
- Threatened me with arrest for “trespassing” with no alternative.
- Dismissed me entirely, even after I said, “You’re going to be internet famous.”
Then he handed me this:

He knew I couldn’t call the number. I don’t have a phone. This is the game: pretend to help, do nothing, and count on the silence to kill me quietly.
They know I'm a journalist.
They know women like me are being silenced.
They count on that silence.
But I’m not silent.
I'm still here.
And I'm documenting everything.
To Officer Ludovico and the Berkeley Police Department:

When the lawsuits come, when the investigations begin, when the world catches up, your names will be there. You are writing yourselves into history not as protectors—but as predators.
You don't need to pull the trigger.
All you need to do is refuse the report.
And that's exactly what you did.
📞 CALL THIS NUMBER & MAKE THIS REPORT — FOR JODI
Use the script below to file two urgent complaints with Berkeley Police Department:
☎️ Call (510) 981‑5900 (non‑emergency dispatch)
Explain:
“I’m calling to file two urgent reports on behalf of Jodi Schiller, a homeless journalist and victim of serious violent crime.”
First Report – Grand Larceny
- Perpetrator: Ben Douglas
- He stole $20 million through coerced mediation and legal fraud while Jodi was trafficked.
- Jodi attempted to report this today but the officer refused, gave her a number instead (no phone).
- Ask for a written police report and a report number, and documentation that the complaint was filed with internal affairs/civilian oversight.
Second Report – Police Misconduct / Threat of False Imprisonment
- Officer Ludovico (#26) threatened Jodi with arrest for being in a public space (her tent near the library).
- This occurred at 6 AM today, after citing her homelessness / journalism as cause.
- Ask that this be logged as false imprisonment threat and abuse of authority, name the officer and get a separate report number.
Ask:
- “Can you tell me who or which unit is taking this report?
- I need the report numbers and contact info to confirm follow-up (because our authorities are LYING, as I’ve clearly documented. They are relying on fraud and deception to continue to use our own money to kill us).
- I’d like to know how I can verify or escalate this if necessary.”

Hello, I’m reporting two serious matters involving journalist Jodi Schiller.
First: A $20 million interstate grand larceny by her ex-husband, Ben Douglas, through coerced legal fraud during trafficking.
Second: Systemic obstruction of justice—local law enforcement refuses to take reports, threatens her with arrest, and knowingly places her in life-threatening danger.
This appears to be an intentional campaign to silence a journalist and suppress federal crimes.
I am requesting that this tip be escalated to the appropriate department for civil rights violations, financial crimes, and targeting of press.
Hello, I’m calling to file two urgent reports on behalf of Jodi Schiller—a homeless journalist in crisis. First, a grand larceny report: her ex stole $20 million via coercion and fraud. She tried to report it today, officer refused and sent her to a number she can’t use. Second, police misconduct: Officer Ludovico, badge #26, threatened false arrest at 6 AM during a legal right to remain near the library.
Please provide the report numbers, who’s taking them, and how we can follow up. Thank you.
🔗 WHY THIS MATTERS
- Documenting these refusal patterns can protect her life. Forced displacement = lethal risk.
Until Ben pays me back the $20 million he stole from me, my life continues to be in extreme and ongoing danger. And I’m sure that was the point. Stealing my wealth was a, so far, unsuccessful murder attempt.
- These actions—false imprisonment threats, obstruction of justice, and failure to report violent crimes—are not 'minor infractions
- Every report & number is a step toward accountability—journalistic, legal, and public and an end to the utter lawlessness America has become.
